Summary: SpamBayes Security

Initial Comment:
I would like to know how SpamBayes behaves when
dealing with spams containing hidden pieces of malicious
code.

Does SpamBayes open the messages the way Outlook
opens them ? Is there the risk that the filtering process
trigger some unwanted code execution within Outlook ?

I believe a statement about this issue is important, this
is the first question I am asked when installing the filter.

BTW: Works great !

SpamBayes does not execute any script code or attachments
found in a message. It also does not display any of the
HTML content, so it cannot trigger Web bugs or other
tracking mechanisms that a spammer might put in the message.
