Category: Outlook >Group: 1.1.x Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Dan Carter (d_carter) >Assigned to: Kenny Pitt (kpitt) Summary: "Empty Spam Folder" also deletes folders (1.1a1) Initial Comment: The new "Empty Spam Folder" menu item also deletes any subfolders of the spam folder. My setup puts the unsure folder as a child of the spam folder. If I use this command, the unsure folder gets deleted as well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Tony Meyer (anadelonbrin) Date: 2005-04-14 18:52 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=552329 Assigning to Kenny, but without any expectation of a quick response (I know you're busy!). I'm not sure that this is a bug: if you empty the Outlook Deleted Items folder, it deletes any folders that are in it too. We are simply replicating that behaviour with a different folder. The workaround is easy, too: either don't use the "empty spam folder" option, or don't put the unsure folder in the spam folder. OTOH, I can't see how spambayes would put a folder in the junk folder, so maybe just removing messages does make sense. I don't know how much extra coding would be involved, though. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=498103&aid=1180992&group_id=61702 _______________________________________________ Spambayes-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/spambayes-bugs
