Summary: Delete as SPAM Fails in Outlook 2003 with Cache Mode Off

Initial Comment:
In Outlook 2003 without cache mode on, SpamBayes
does not move a message to the designated folder
when pressing the Delete as SPAM toolbar item.
Pressing the button again, then causes the message to
move with an error coming up saying no message was
selected.

However, if you drag 'n drop the message into the
designated folder or reverse, it works fine.

I'm familair with the FAQ listed here:
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html#messages-don-t-
move-after-clicking-until-i-change-folder, but this problem is
different. In Outlook XP, the problem described in the FAQ is
customary and no error is received. In Outlook 2003 with
caching mode off (ONLINE), the message doesn't move when
changing displays. An error is received saying that no
message is selected. It does sound like the same problem,
however.
