Hence the longer I leave it open, the more spurious copies appear in my inbox. Obviously from what I'm describing, I have enabled the "leave a copy on the server" setting in the advanced options - I need this to keep a couple of family computers' inboxes up to date. I've tested this with no other Outlook Rules enabled, on a fairly vanilla email setup, and the duplicates still appear.
