Summary: Add whitelist/blacklist capability

Initial Comment:
While SpamBayes is wonderful at filtering most spam,
there are some newsletters that I receive that are
consistantly classified as suspects no matter how
many of them I train SpamBayes on. I would like to
see the capablity to "whitelist" certain senders who
are consistantly placed in the "suspect" folder.
The "blacklist" is probably not necessary as I don't
see repeat spam messages make it into my "ham"
folder. Probably run messages through the
whitelist/blacklist filter and if they are on
the "whitelist" bypass running them through the
baysian filter(but what do I know, I am not a
programmer).
