Category: Outlook Group: 1.0.4 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Ptah69 (ptah69) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: SpamBayes locked Initial Comment: Hi all. First of all sorry for my English I ll try to make it readable. Congratz for the job its really fine. I ll explain the "bug" i met.I think it s a bug and i also think that nobody posted it before me. Well.I tried SpamBays on around 4 personal computers which are all on the same network. It does its job perfectly. Than i decided to try it on a laptop. This laptop uses outlook on the network to get its mails and spamBayes works fine too.But when the laptop joins internet through an other connection and receives the mails on the same mail box (same parameters) Spambayes prompts a window and offers to be turned off to let the mails in. After this, it looks "dead". I mean that you cant anymore activate it, the buttons on outlook are locked and the only thing i could do was to uninstall it. I supose some of you would say : which message apears in the prompt window ... i would like to know it too.The owner of this laptop didnt keep it anywhere, and as it is my chief i can't easily ask her to give some "tries" when she backs home. Some informations : OS: XP2, Outlook 2003 (office). I dont know if i was really clear or if i shouldnt post in this place but it seemt to be the best one. I hope you will have a solution.
