It allows me to to filter ONLY my own Inbox filter. I also monitor other Inbox folders of my employees in the office but it will not let me "check" those boxes to filter. I get a message: " Please select a child folder-- top level folders cannot be used". In the earlier version I was able to filter ALL the other Inboxes! What gives? Please help since it is essential that I keep the entire office spam free. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Jessica Smith (crystalsinger) Date: 2007-08-20 17:04 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=153405 Originator: NO Hi all, Not sure if this is really supposed to be fixed already (I've just had it happen on v1.0.4 so maybe not) - anyway, it seemed in my case to be connected to an issue with the Outlook profile itself. I was having other "interesting" errors in Outlook as well as this SB error and searching led me to a fix. Essentially, remove the current profile from Mail settings in Control Panel, reboot, create a new profile (Outlook prompts on next instance if you don't do this manually) and all's good.
