Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Victor Roberts (vicroberts) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Delete as SPAM not moving message Initial Comment: I know this is an old problem, but I have done all the suggested fixes. I use Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000. After a few messages the Delete as SPAM button will change when clicked but the message will not move. I have deleted the SpamBayes toolbar and also deleted outcmd.dat as recommended. This fixes the problem for a day or so and then SpamBayes breaks again. I do not remember having this problem before I upgraded to 1.0.4. I have attached my most recent log file. However, manually moving the message to the spam folder appears to work - the Spam score changes after moving it to the spam folder. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Skip Montanaro (montanaro) Date: 2008-05-05 18:01 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=44345 Originator: NO Ah, wait. I just saw you had attached a log file. Your database is corrupt. I'm afraid there's nothing to be done other than delete your training database and retrain from scratch. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Skip Montanaro (montanaro) Date: 2008-05-05 17:58 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=44345 Originator: NO What version are you using? If you are using 1.0.4 can you try updating to 1.1a4 and let us know if that solves the problem? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: towdesign (towdesign) Date: 2008-05-05 17:24 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1819817 Originator: NO I am having the same exact problem - very annoying!!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=498103&aid=1622941&group_id=61702 _______________________________________________ Spambayes-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/spambayes-bugs
