I have three, Exchange server based accounts, the main one filters fine but, it looks like SpamBayes can't open messages that arrive in the other two Inboxes. Tried repairing my Outlook file with Scanpst but no joy. Solved it by uninstalling Spambayes, removing the SpamBayes folder in C:\Users\My_Name\AppData\Roaming, reinstalling, and retraining.
