Patches are definitely welcome. I'm extremely busy at the moment but I will be glad to review changes. I actually don't use sb_mailsort.py anymore. The problem was that I was receiving so much crap that I no longer could review the spam folder. I now have a SMTP reverse proxy that uses Spambayes and a CDB database. Bouncing high scoring spam is necessary for me because I can't review it all.
