Your messageinfo database has become corrupted. You need start with
a fresh database. The configuration page has the full path to the
database, but it's probably 'C:\Documents and Settings\{username}
\Application Data\SpamBayes\Proxy\spambayes.messageinfo.db'. The
training database (hammie.db) is probably fine, but if the error (or
a similar one) continues after you delete that file, you should also
delete hammie.db.
