It has been said that assumption is the mother of all screwups. Delivering an option to install such a DB might be OK, provided that someone were willing to program such an option. However installing such a DB without the users' consent or control is not sane, sensible or safe: neither you nor the authors of SB can predict what users will want to filter for, or why they want to do so.
