This is completely unrelated to SpamBayes, but I'll give you what little I know about it.  A 550 status indicates that, for some reason, the receiving mail server did not understand the commands that your sending mail server was giving it.  Exactly what the problem was depends on what software is being used on each end of the mail conversation.  Here's one example:
 
 
It seems that some mail servers will also return a 550 status if they think the mail you are sending is spam.  Here is an example response pulled from some of the mailing list archives:
    (reason: 550 We don't accept spam mail cj1288)
