When running the installer, did you leave the "Execute SpamBayes each time
Windows starts" box ticked?  If not, then you'll have to start SpamBayes
manually (there should be a shortcut in the Start Menu).

If SpamBayes is in the Startup Items, then something might be going wrong,
preventing it from starting (although I don't recall seeing anyone report
this before).  Check to see if there are any SpamBayes log files (the
troubleshooting guide explains where to find them) and send us a copy if
there are.
