You need to configure SB to annotate the mails (usually the "To:" field), so all spams will have "spam" or "unsure" are added to the list of addressees. Next you add a rule in Outlook Express to operate on all messages that have "spam" in the "To:".
 
However, I strongly suggest that you don't delete the suspected spam, but rather move them to a dedicated folder. Every so often you look at the messages there and make sure that all are really spam. Then delete them. Even SB is not fool-proof and some legitimate messages can be identified as spam.
