I have a user who, when she highlights an email in her “Junk Suspects” folder and clicks “Delete as spam,” the following error message pops up:

 

No selection

No filterable mail items are selected.

 

I click OK, and the email stays where it is, instead of moving to the “Junk Email” folder.

 

Any ideas as to what’s wrong, and what I could do?
