We upgraded to latest version but now seem to
have two versions - I think. Nothing happens with the 1st one (Junk
E-mail) - it just sits there with previous junk email and any that I
personally direct there from 'Junk E-mail1'.
In the new version I do not have the option I
use to have 'Recover from Spam'. The new version is also junk
emailing a lot of emails that I want to allow. Without a 'recover from
spam' option - I manually move them to my inbox - but the system doesn't read it
as allowed thereafter.
I'm thinking the best thing to do is to
uninstall both versions - and reinstall. We have not been able to do
this. Can you help?
