I'm pretty sure there's not an automatic method--but I have done it MANUALLY. If you're looking to do this with just a small number of messages, then I HAVE done it.
1) Drag the message to your desktop. 2) Right click on the message and click on "Open With..." 3) Click on Notepad 4) find the subject line and make necessary changes then save it. 5) drag the message back to your inbox
Attached is Tony's message which I edited in this manner and added "My Name is Don - " to the subject.

I don't believe you can edit messages with Outlook Express, which I assume you are using (I don't know of any other mail programs that are so limited that the subject tags are needed). That means you can't.
(You should train SpamBayes on such mail, of course, via the web interface).
