To download, just go to here: <http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/spambayes/spambayes-1.0.4.exe?download> Choose any of the mirrors (theoretically, choosing one that is geographically close to you will be fastest) by clicking on the image in the "Download" column on the right next to the mirror you picked. Once it is downloaded, double-click to start the install process. You can probably just click Next until it's done. Installation & getting running might be more complicated. Please tell us what version of Windows you are using and what mail client (Outlook Express? Eudora? Thunderbird?
