You can fix the "something is screwey" error by removing both the databases (default_bayes_database.db and default_message_database.db). The message means that they are out of sync, which could occur if one (but not the other) was deleted, or if training was interrupted. It shouldn't effect the toolbars, though. (But ought to be fixed anyway). There are no other errors in the log indicating that something is wrong with the toolbar, unfortunately. Have you tried the steps in the troubleshooting guide that describe ways to fix the toolbar?
