If the file really doesn't exist, then the message isn't in the cache, but
was when SpamBayes loaded, and SpamBayes hasn't moved it.  The most likely
explanation is that some other program is moving the file (e.g. anti-virus
software).  Is that possible?

No, it isn't. But, i checked backups (yes, now i make backups ;), and this file was in cache directory two days ago. I'm receiving a lots of mails (i'm subscribing a few mailing lists), maybe it is the reason? And, please tell me, should i "Save & shutdown" before turning machine off?
