We need more information than this in order to help. Please at least tell us: * What operating system you are using (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP? Mac OS X? Linux?) * What version of SpamBayes you are using (Should be 1.0.4) * What mail client you are using (Outlook? Outlook Express? Eudora? Thunderbird?) * What you have done so far. * What is going wrong - exactly. What do you try to do, and what happens when you do it? Do you get any error messages? If so, what are they? If you're using the Outlook plug-in or sb_server, then there will also be a SpamBayes log file generated. Please send us a copy of that.
