You probably need to reregister the plug-in. You can do this by either re-running the installer (this won't effect your configuration or training data) or just running the "outlook_addin_register.exe" program in the "bin" directory in the directory you installed SpamBayes into (possibly C:\Program Files\SpamBayes).
