Assuming you're using the Outlook plugin, click the button labeled "SpamBayes" in Outlook's toolbar and select "SpamBayes Manager..." from the menu that drops down. If that doesn't work, or if you need further help, please specify which variety and version of SpamBayes you're using (for instance "Outlook plugin version 1.0.4") along with more specifics (such as the text of the message you're getting) in a follow-up message.
