I have SpamBayes installed at dozens of locations without any problem except one machine. Its running Windows XP Pro, with all the current service packs and hotfixes, and Outlook 2003 with all current updates. This particular user gets tons of email a day, mostly spam. After a month or so of running fine, now when you click on "Delete as Spam", nothing seems to happen. Looking at the stats, the database is not updated and the email is not moved to the Junk E-Mail folder. Manually moving the email does not update the database either.
I tried the development version and now the database is getting updated but the emails do not move to the "junk e-mail" folder, they simply stay in whatever folder they are in.
