Please get hold of your most recent log file and send us a copy of this; it should have the information we need to figure out what is wrong. The log files are in your temp directory; in WinXP this is probably 'C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Temp' and the files are called SpambayesServerX.log, where X is a number from 1 (most recent) to 4.
