I'm using SB Proxy at home and I ran into the dreaded equivalent of BSOD ("DBRunRecoveryError: (-30982, 'DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery"). So I followed the FAQ and removed the database and changed the DB type from hammie (I think it's the default) to pickle. After starting spamBayes, it would immediately die - the tray icon would disappear. This is on Win XP professional with SP1.
