Did you replace "username" in that path with your actual username?
AFAIK the outcmd.dat file always exists.
If that doesn't work: are all three of the SpamBayes buttons non-
functional, or just some? Does SpamBayes still filter? Can you send
us a copy of your most recent log file? (Probably in 'C:\Documents
and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Temp', and called
SpambayesLog1.txt).
