Unfortunately, that is not the case, or if it is, it's not the only one. I definitely saw this problem before upgrading to XP SP2, when I did not have any firewall software installed locally. > Anyway, to resolve that, in Windows firewall, put an exception with > file outlook.exe and it will help a lot.
