Are you sure you want to use the source? Windows users are generally best off downloading the binary version (see http://spambayes.org/ windows.html) rather than installing Python, pywin32, and the SpamBayes source. Your problem is that you are attempting to install pywin32 for Python 2.2, but you installed Python 2.4.
