Spambayes is an open source project, written and maintained by 
volunteers.  Donations are certainly appreciated, but not required by 
any means.

There may very well be products that work in concert with Exchange, but 
ours is not one of them.  Philosophically, we assert that the definition 
of what is and isn't spam varies so much between individuals, that a 
single definition enforced at the server, would never satisfy everyone.  
So our product works with each user, on their own machine, to allow them 
to define for themselves what is and is not spam.
