This question gets asked
periodically, and the answer seems to be that Incredimail cannot be configured
to work with SpamBayes. (For the most recent instance, see http://mail.python.org/pipermail/spambayes/2006-August/019627.html.
For a little more detail, see http://mail.python.org/pipermail/spambayes/2005-December/018512.html.) I
don't think an Incredimail user has ever given a definitive answer,
though.
You might be able to
adapt the instructions on http://email.about.com/od/incredimailtips/qt/et_free_hotmail.htm. It
talks about setting the incoming mail server type and address. You may need to
install FreePOPs.
If you get it working and
would like to give back to the SpamBayes effort, please post the steps necessary
to get SpamBayes and Incredimail working together. At a minimum, it'll be in the
list archive for future reference. In the best case, it'll end up in the
FAQ. From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Eric Sent: Sunday, September 10, 2006 11:17 PM To: spambayes@python.org Subject: [Spambayes] Incredimail
