I tried downloading and installing version 1.1a3 (rather than 1.0.4). Again, it installed with no problem, and this time the SpamBayes icon appeared in the tray (or whatever it's called). However the moment I hovered the mouse over the icon it disappeared. Double-clicking sb_tray.exe brings it back (though no running program shows in Task Manager), but it's impossible to click on it as it disappears as soon as the mouse reaches it.
