SpamBayes is free (as in speech) software developed and maintained by volunteers who make it available to the rest of us in part out of the goodness of their hearts. It is axiomatic that the product is not perfect; no product ever is. One of the great virtues of this type of software is that anyone can help to improve it. You may choose not to; note that non-specific complaints are not generally useful contributions. I'd encourage you to take the time to understand how to install and use SpamBayes. It's very useful. Outlook Express setup is not as automatic as Outlook's due to OE's limitations, but there are FAQ entries to get you started and this mailing list to help if you get stuck.

I would consider myself to have moderate to advanced computer knowledge, but when I saw your website; .....we just decided to pass on SpamBayes. BO
