I'm not quite sure about your "tried to search" step. It looks like you should be able to type that address into your browser's address bar and hit Enter, no searching required. Is that what you're doing? If the tray app is running, an icon will show up in the "tray" of the Windows task bar. The tray is typically in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, though you can put it elsewhere. It'll probably have a volume control (represented by a speaker icon) and the current time in it. I don't know what the SpamBayes icon looks like, but it should appear in the tray with the other tray items.
