Hello, I am having problem that is very similar to that of Mr. Brashear. I work in tech support and have installed SpamBayes on approximately 30-40 computers running 2000-sp4 or XP-sp2.
I keep getting calls from people who get an error telling them to re-configure SpamBayes (sorry, I don't have the exact text of the error at the moment). Invariably, the cause of the problem is a missing Junk Suspects folder. At first I just assumed the users were accidently deleting the Junk Suspects folder, but I never find the folder in their deleted items and it is happening far too frequently to be user error. As the error continues to happen, I will try and track OS and Outlook versions and see if the problem is specific to certain versions.
