I don't think that's coming from SpamBayes. Maybe Outlook or your mail server adds that as a service of sorts; you could try contacting the administrator of your mail server. See http://mail.python.org/pipermail/spambayes/2007-September/021212.html for a recent discussion of a similar issue (with no real resolution, unfortunately.)
