I have a bug in outlook. I did go to thetroubleshooting website and tried those suggestions but they did not work. I kept getting kicked off to report this bug to you, hence the email. I am using outlook 2003 SP3. I have your latest version of your program 1.0.4. When I customize my tool bar and I close outlook and come back in, the customization is gone. So far your program has worked great except for this.
It also unchecked the advanced and web toolbar boxes under customization. I can recheck the boxes but when I exit out and come back in they are unchecked again. Does it work along with outlooks junk mail program? I have junk mail set on high and I am deleting suspected junk email before it gets to the junk mail folder.
