Bear in mind that what you're communicating with is a loose confederation of people with a limited shared purpose, not a company. There's no one whose job it is to make sure customers are happy, just a bunch of people who help out other users when and where they can. That is to say, there are no customers, only other users. If you were using Outlook, you could get commercial support for InBoxer, a product based on SpamBayes mentioned on http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/related.html.
I'd help if I could, but I don't use a configuration similar to yours, so I don't have any insight into your situation. Perhaps you've had no response because no one has an answer. Here's hoping that someone will disprove that hypothesis! -jesse- -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Roland J Sent: Friday, December 14, 2007 7:04 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Spambayes] Fw: Not recognising mail.waitrose.com mail Importance: High Any chance of anybody actually answering my query below ?
