SpamBayes doesn't see an email message the way you would, after your mail
program or web browser renders portions of it. It sees it as simply a
stream of words. So if the message contains something like this:
<span color="white">The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.</span>
the HTML tag gets stripped out and it processes
The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.
