If you read Outlook somewhere it is specific to Outlook and does not apply to Outlook Express. The version of SpamBayes that works with Outlook is a plugin that actually runs in Outlook. I presume this is the version that has the wizard. The version of SpamBayes that can be used with Outlook Express (or any other mail client) is a separate application which does not interact with the mail client at all.
