I have seen exactly the same issues on Outlook 2003 + Exchange 2003 +
WinXPsp2, without SpamBayes.

In our case, Outlook users pasted a screenshot in an TNEF email (what
Microsoft officially calls RTF), send to an Outlook Web Access (OWA) user,
and they forward the email back to an Oulook user.
Result:
1. the email format changed from TNEF/RTF to HTML
2. the screenshot is not visible any more
3. Outlook gives a delay when you try to open that email, or when you open
the folder where said email is at the top and preview is active
4. Sometimes the user is asked for his internet (proxy) login/password.

I'm quite sure that in our case it isn't Spambayes related, because where
I work I am the only Spambayes user. OK, I'm not sure about the +100K
email users around the globe, but I'm pretty sure when I'm talking about
the 3K users at the local site.
