In my Outlook 2007 all toolbars are lined up in a single row with the
Spambayes toolbar at the end of it. But when I restart Outlook, the
Spambayes toolbar appears in a second row underneath, i.e. the toolbar's
position is lost. Thus I have to manually move the toolbar to the desired
position each time Outlook starts. This happens with version 1.0.4 as well
as beta 1.1a4.
Any solution or workaround?

Technically, toolbars in Office are called CommandBars. Saving the
position of a COM object on a CommandBar is the equivalent of not using
anesthetic to pull wisdom teeth that haven't surfaced. I'm pretty sure
it is possible to save the position, but it isn't easy/obvious.
