It looks like that file (...\1316143395-2) is not readable by whatever user
(probably you) is trying to read it. I'm no Windows expert, but I would
imagine that as administrator you can change the permissions on that file
and any others which are incorrectly permissioned. Before you make any
changes try and figure out if your POP3 proxy is running as the correct
user.
