Just read your automated reply. I have not been able to find a solution in your documentation or online. Can't send log files because I find spam bayes on Outlook tool bar although it has been installed somewhere on my computer!

Download appears successful each time but I cannot get spambayes on my outlook toolbar. Have tried multiple fixes from your website but none work. One says to select Options from the Toolamenu but I don't see a Tools menu in Outlook. Used Spambayes very successfully in my old Outlook program and now I'm inundated with spam. Please help!
