Open the SpamBayes Manager | Filtering
Make sure you have a folder selected to check, like "Inbox" and a folder to
have them moved too.
Then, you can use a rule to make them delete, etc.

Hello,
      I have encountered a problem. Toolbar items appear, but messages fail
to filter automatically. It only works when I hit do it manually (check
start filtering).  Thanks
