Earlier today I received a spam complaint. Apparently this
person had sent a spam complaint to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the
autoresponse included a link to a page I host. The complaint
software decided that rr.com's autoresponse was spam, and it
complained to me because of the URL in the body of the message.

So I politely wrote back, pointing out the error and asking
the user to fix his program...and it immediately sent back
THREE identical complaints about my reply.

This kind of behavior wastes time, and reduces the reliability
of all complaints. The software in question appears to be
SpamKiller, as it included the following header:

                X-SpamKiller-AutoReply: 0

Has anyone here had any luck in getting through to the people
who make SpamKiller? Looks like they were recently bought by
McAfee, so I think we can expect use of the program to grow.
