I can confirm that the spammers' use of real e-mail addresses is on the
rise. Saw the first case late last year, but it's becoming more and more
common. Most frequently it's combined with forged SMTP server data, but I'm
seeing it happen with Pacific Rim origination more often as time goes on.

So far the only remedy I've been able to discover is an action against the
spammer under trademark law for unauthorized use of trademark in the spam,
leading to loss of business and/or reputation. I'd welcome any other ideas.
