[spamcon-general] Getting joe-jobbed

I have been getting joe-jobbed by mortgage spam for the domain 
vloaninfo.com. I am currently getting about 60 bounced emails a day. They 
are placing my email address as the return-path header not as the from 
header. Curiously enough the spammer is pretty stupid as they aren't even 
doing those headers right:

From: "Reginald Vick" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Reply-To: "Gerardo Stephens" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
yep .. those are parameters variables, not munged stuff there.
I have done some research and have determined that vloaninfo is registered 
in China:

     HuNan Agency
      Lei Yan        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
       no.133 yinbing road of changsha city
      changsha
      hunan 410000
      CN
      Tel. 86.7314406256
and is register through directi.com in India. I understand that directi is 
one of a spammers best friends, so I am hesitant to file a complaint with 
them.

Can anyone give me some advise to squash this.
