Spamcop and RIPE aren't talking to each other about that address. You can
look up that IP address manually and find that you have to complain
manually to Seabone.net and/or Telecomitalia.it
Going to www.seabone.net we see tthat Seabone's TOS is anti-spam and they
request complaints to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
My guess is that the Seabone machine is a hijacked mail relay; pointing
them to www.mail-abuse.org/tsi/
might help.
